Under Mohammed's guidance, the implementation of the Client Case Management System (CCMS) has revolutionized and revitalized LACPD operations. By skillfully consolidating 23 legacy systems and expertly digitizing a staggering 160 million criminal case records, CCMS has propelled legal representation into the modern era, ensuring enhanced services for over 100,000 residents annually.

 

Mohammed's strategic focus has been centered on elevating criminal representation and safeguarding the rights of residents. The establishment of a client-centered data repository has empowered the LACPD to drive targeted justice reform policies that meet the unique needs of Los Angeles County. Through seamless integration with other county and state justice systems, CCMS has facilitated enriched data sharing and seamless collaboration among the extensive team.
