Over the past 18 years, Chris Deaton has gone above and beyond to create jobs and improve the lives of the citizens in southeastern Kentucky and nationwide. As the former president and CEO of Senture, he provided unmatched leadership to the organization and fostered a culture that focused on customer care and the customer experience.

The organization and employees are proud to have offered purposeful engagement to a wide range of stakeholders who depend upon the meaningful work performed for multiple government agencies under Chris’s leadership. Ranging from the General Services Administration, U.S. Department of Education, and Defense Health Agency, to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Transportation, Veterans Administration, Department of State, and others--Chris led with tenacity to support individuals, families, students, and other borrowers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Using reports, customer satisfaction surveys, and other data available, Senture has consistently improved customer service metrics and the customer service experience for the contracts we currently support or have previously supported under Chris’s leadership.
